Never Never recently took its first step away from gin in its core range, with the launch of Never Never Signature Vodka.
The launch of Signature Vodka aligns with the ongoing resurgence of vodka-driven cocktails, particularly the martini, a trend Co-Founder Sean Baxter describes as “perfect alignment between a local innovation and a global cocktail trend”.
Bars & Cocktails sat down with Sean to discuss the new product in more detail and to chat about how the team crafted this vodka and how it is a far cry from the USA’s ‘no distinctive character, aroma, taste, or colour’ definition of vodka.
