Former Firedoor and Ormeggio Chef Francesco Iervolino is spearheading the venue which sends a nod to traditional Italian cuisine and woodfire cooking techniques.

Highlights include grilled octopus with romesco, shishito peppers, and ‘ndjua; squid ink tagliolini with mussels, prawns, and cuttlefish; plus a Riverina black Angus T-bone Fiorentina MB2+ with mushroom puree, caramelised baby onion, kale, and rosemary jus.

Bar Infinita’s wine list has been crafted by Giorgio de Maria of Paski and Giorgia de Maria Fine Wines.

Giant Design Consultants (Rengaya, Oborozuki) are behind Bar Infinita’s design which is inspired by old-school Italian wine bars.
