Byron Bay hotel launches new meetings facilities

Hotel Marvell has launched The Byron Boardroom, which is catering for people seeking an elevated meetings experience.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel, The Byron Boardroom offers a design-forward, naturally lit space for up to 10 guests.

Across 24 square metres of space, it blends functionality and flexibility with its raw concrete and timber aesthetic.

“The Byron Boardroom is designed for people who want more than just a meetings space,” says James Pearce, manager of 24-room Hotel Marvell, which opened in 2023.

“It offers the ideal environment for focused work and collaboration, but it’s what surrounds it that really sets it apart.

“With Byron Bay Oyster Bar and Seafood Restaurant, our rooftop Horizon Bar and the lush, triple-height tropical laneway that runs the ground floor length of the hotel, Hotel Marvell offers a collection of spaces perfect for informal breakouts, post-meeting socialising and creative recharging.

“The food and beverage experience here is unlike anything offered by other conferencing venues in the region – it’s fresh, refined and distinctly Byron.

“Whether you’re planning a strategy session, hosting clients or retreating with your leadership team, Hotel Marvell offers a unique take on meetings and events.

“We look forward to welcoming corporate groups from near and far to experience it soon.”
