EVT commences management of Rydges Ringwood

The new management agreement commenced today (1 August, 2024) at the property in the eastern Melbourne suburb of Ringwood.

The hotel was constructed in 2021 and is owned by Serene Capital. It becomes the sixth EVT hotel in Melbourne.

Rydges Ringwood features 103 guest rooms; The Orchard Bar and Grill, which offers a locally sourced menu with indoor and outdoor dining; two connecting meetings and event spaces; a health and fitness centre; and onsite parking.

Situated at the foothills of Dandenong Ranges and near the Yarra Valley region, Rydges Ringwood offers guests access to the popular tourism spot.
