Fabbrica continues expansion with Coogee bread shop

The Love Tilly Group is bringing Fabbrica to Sydney’s eastern beaches for the first time with its new Fabbrica Bread Shop in Coogee, opening Monday 18th November.

It’s been a busy time for the group, with the expansion following on from the brand’s fourth pasta bar which opened in Newtown in September, and their split from Public Hospitality late last year.

The Coogee branch will be an exclusive supplier of the group’s maritozzi – golden brioche buns jammed with a variety of sweet and savoury fillings, with flavours including strawberries and Chantilly cream, vegan cherry ripe, and curried egg and achari mayonnaise.

Fabbrica Bread Shop is also introducing a new range of rotating toasties, launching with tuna puttanesca; Reubens; and a vegan cheese, eggplant and harissa tomato option.

Crowd favourites will of course remain alongside new iterations, including the brand’s beloved sourdough, baguettes, Turkish bread, pork and fennel sausage rolls, banoffee pie, vegetarian Mexican hand pies, apple slice, and signature pastries.

“It’s everything you’d want in a great local bakery, whether you’re picking up some still-warm pastries and a coffee to enjoy by the beach after a morning swim, building a DIY sandwich from our sando bar for lunch, or simply swinging by to collect a loaf of sourdough,” says Love Tilly Group Co-Owner Matthew Swieboda.

“We’re excited to have some new creations for Coogee and look forward to sharing them with you.”

In collaboration with roasters Coffee Supreme, the shop will be giving away free coffees all day from 6.30am on Monday 18th November.

The shop will be located at 214 Coogee Bay Road and will be open 6am to 3pm daily.
