Hoxton Spirits celebrates Australia launch with free trade events

Written by Oct 1, 2025Bars and Clubs

After launching in Australia earlier this year, Hoxton Spirits is inviting the trade to experience its bold line-up of bar-friendly spirits at two free trade events.

Founded by respected international mixologist Gerry Calabrese, Hoxton Spirits offers a flavour-forward portfolio of naturally infused spirits, tailormade for bar professionals.

Bringing the range from London to Sydney, Gerry will host two events on Friday, 10 October and Monday, 13 October, where, alongside his father and cocktail icon Salvatore Calabrese, he will showcase his range of high-quality, approachable spirits designed for today’s drinkers.

Gemma Phipps, Brand Ambassador Australia for Hoxton Spirits, says: “Hoxton has been pioneering flavour first spirits since 2012, when Gerry Calabrese founded the brand in London’s creative Hoxton district.

“Known for its bold range of gins, rum and whisky, Hoxton champions real fruit, natural ingredients and innovative techniques to deliver spirits that challenge tradition and celebrate individuality. And now Hoxton is launching here in Australia!

“Join Gerry Calabrese with special guest Salvatore “The Maestro” Calabrese as we introduce the Hoxton range to Melbourne and Sydney,” Phipps stated.

Both events are free to attend and offer Australia’s bar industry an opportunity to sample the full line-up of spirits and learn first-hand from the brand’s founder. The first trade event kicks off at Maybe Sammy in Sydney on Friday, 10 October from 11:30am, before Gerry and Salvatore bring the range to Melbourne’s Le Club, Maison Bâtard from 6:30pm on Monday, 13 October.

While the events are free to attend, RSVPs are a must. Please RSVP to Gemma on gemma@drinkhoxton.com.
