MEETINGS 2026 will take place on 16-18 June at New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) – the first time the new venue in Auckland will host the event.

Run by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), MEETINGS 2026 offers exhibitors the opportunity to meet hosted buyers, grow brand visibility and make invaluable face-to-face connections.

“To secure floor space at this much anticipated show, we are encouraging exhibitors from across New Zealand to apply early,” says Lisa Hopkins, chief executive, BEIA.

“More than 1200 people attended MEETINGS 2025, with more than 6000 pre-scheduled appointments on a record 250 stands, representing 18 regions of New Zealand.

“Building on last year’s success, 2026 is shaping up to break new ground, with a larger footprint, more buyers coming from more countries, and more than 1500 attendees.

“We are excited to be partnering with Auckland Convention Bureau and the wider business events community to ensure MEETINGS 2026 is the place to grow and develop new business, as well as to nurture existing relationships for future success.”

Across three days, MEETINGS 2026 will include the official opening, a two-day expo at NZICC and a finale celebration on closing day.

Earlybird rates are available for all exhibitors until 12 December 2025.
