Paramount Liquor’s networking and industry insights event, Future Proof, is returning to Sydney later this month, promising another evening of drinks, discussion and discovery.

This year’s event takes place at the Art Gallery of New South Wales on Tuesday, 28 October and Paramount said this year’s event “is all about curating connection as it explores the ideas and concepts turning the industry dial”.

Once again Future Proof is promising a night of industry insights, with respected drinks communicator Samantha Payne leading three discussions with nine well-known industry leaders.

In Adapt to Thrive, Jason Williams (House Made Hospitality), Oliver Brown (Big Easy Group) and Lee Potter Cavanagh (Trippas White Group) explore how evolving concepts keep venues relevant.

Growing the Spend focuses on driving value without losing soul, with insights from John Ross-Jones (Lucas Group), Leah Dunnigan (Green Point Hospitality) and Reece Griffiths (Solotel).

Creating Your Own Thing celebrates originality, featuring Amelia Birch (Famelia), Lauren Bonkowski (Marionette and Small Fortunes) and George Curtis (Before and After and Milquetoast).

As well as industry discussions Future Proof also gives attendees the opportunity to see what is coming next from a range of suppliers. Interactive brand experiences will showcase more than twenty of the country’s leading suppliers including Altus Brands, Asahi Premium Beverages, Campari, Brown Forman, Lion, Vanguard, William Grant and Sons, Moët Hennessy and Sazerac.

The event will also feature The Vine Installation, an interactive tasting experience led by sommeliers, designed to explore wine through aroma, flavour and storytelling. The installation will showcase selections from producers including Vinarchy, Samuel Smith and Sons, and Robert Oatley Wines.

Combining panel discussions with interactive sessions, Future Proof Sydney aims to connect creativity and innovation across the drinks industry, encouraging participants to share ideas and explore new approaches to their craft.

Paramount welcomes all hospitality and drinks industry professionals to Future Proof – the event is free to attend, but registration is essential and you can register here.
