Halloween is a great time to have fun with garnishes! You can create a memorable drink using MONIN Strawberry puree to create a blood-dripping effect down a glass, or why not stuff some lychees with blueberries for some very creepy eyes to float in your cocktail creations!

Potion Blend

Ingredients
10ml MONIN Blue Curacao syrup
10ml MONIN Rose syrup
180ml Oat milk
49gm Matcha
Garnish
Dried Chinese herbs

Preparation
1) Start by adding the syrups and oat milk to the glass. Mix the ingredients well and fill the glass with ice for a refreshing base.
2) Whisk the matcha until no clumps remain, then pour the smooth matcha over the prepared mixture in the glass.
3) Garnish with dried Chinese herbs.

Wild Haunt Blend

Ingredients
20ml MONIN Hibiscus syrup
10ml Le Fruit de MONIN Lychee
150ml earl grey tea
15ml lemon juice

Garnish
Lychees stuffed with blueberries

Preparation
1) Gather all the ingredients and add them to the shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to ensure proper chilling and blending.
2) Once well-shaken, pour the delightful concoction into a glass.
3) Garnish with lychees stuffed with blueberries.

Citrus Scream

Ingredients
15ml Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu
10ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry
60ml cranberry juice
60ml apple juice
15ml lime juice

Garnish
Halloween gummies

Preparation
1) By using Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry, create a blood-dripping effect on a glass.
2) Then combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker and vigorously shake the mixture with ice.
3) Serve in the glass and garnish with Halloween gummies.
