Dan Murphyʼs voted Liquor Store of the Year

Dan Murphyʼs has been voted Liquor Store of the Year at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.

In its third consecutive win, the retailer has also been ranked third overall in the “Best of the Bestˮ category across all industries.

Dan Murphyʼs Managing Director, Agi Pfeiffer-Smith, said it shows Australians value what the company does.

“Every day, our team strives to create great experiences, whether itʼs helping customers discover something new or making their shopping easy and enjoyable,” Pfeiffer-Smith said.

“To be named Liquor Store of the Year is a reflection of our teamʼs passion and the trust our customers place in us.”

The company has also recently celebrated the 10-year anniversary of My Dan’s which boasts one of the largest memberships of any Australian loyalty program.

“My Danʼs has more than five million active members with a scan rate of more than 80 per cent,” Pfeiffer-Smith said.

“[It] demonstrates the incredible engagement we have with our customer base and our unwavering commitment to meeting their needs.”

Roy Morgan CEO, Michele Levine, said the Customer Satisfaction Awards honour Australian businesses that deliver continuously on their social contract with every customer. 

“These awards are based on real, unfiltered feedback from thousands of Australians, making them a true reflection of how businesses are perceived in the community,ˮ she said.

The awards are based on feedback from over 60,000 Australians who rated their satisfaction with companies across 30 industries in 2024.
