De Bortoli has announced the release of its latest product, Limoncello Spritz, a ready-to-serve blend of De Bortoli Prosecco and lemon flavours.
Citrus-flavoured products are currently dominating the RTD market, with Innova Market Insights reporting that they comprise 32 per cent of the overall beverage market. Limoncello Spritz provides a citrus-forward option for the wine spritzer market, capitalising on this popular flavour category.
While we are still in the midst of winter, Limoncello Spritz brings a summer vibe to the colder months.
“With De Bortoli’s Limoncello Spritz, we wanted to capture the feeling of sunny days spent in the backyard in the company of loved ones. Even though we’re in the middle of winter, this drink is like a little burst of sunshine in a glass, perfect for brightening up any day.

Although traditionally consumed as an aperitif, Limoncello Spritz is equally suited to a pre-dinner occasion, paired with a meal, or on its own.
“It’s light, spritzy and refreshing profile makes it easy drinking for casual hangouts with friends, backyard BBQs, or relaxed weekend brunches. To pimp it up, just pour it over ice, add a slice of lemon and mint sprig, and you’re all set for a good time,” the spokesperson added.
In addition, with an ABV of nine per cent, Limoncello Spritz offers flavour to consumers who may be looking to moderate their alcohol consumption.
