Don’t miss the new plan for NSW small bars

Small and independent bar operators in NSW are encouraged to attend a private event in Sydney tonight, which will launch a new plan for independent bars in the state.

The information on the event says it “will unveil the new plan to make sure independent bar operators have a loud voice to shape the night time economy that they want. 

“It will be a chance to explore the benefits and cost savings that come from large scale industry collaboration. 

“After years of successful advocacy, Independent Bars Association (IBA) members have decided to wind up the association and form a new Independent Bar Leadership Group within the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA).”

The event will feature an address by IBA President Karl Schlothauer reflecting on the progress made by the IBA and what comes next. Plus NTIA CEO Mick Gibb will launch the Independent Bar Leadership Group and unveil the plan to move forward.

The event takes place at Kasippu, 414 Kent Street, Sydney with a 5pm arrival for networking drinks. The event is free, but registration is essential – complete your free registration here.
