Endeavour Board gains two new members

Endeavour Group Limited (EG) has announced that Penny Winn and Peter Hardy will join the Board as Non-executive Directors, subject to probity and the receipt of required regulatory approvals.

Winn brings over 30 years of retail executive experience having held senior positions at the likes of Woolworths, Myer, Big W and Asda. Her experience as a public company director extends across a diverse range of industries, including retail, beverages, property and e-commerce. She is currently a Non-executive Director of Super Retail Group and Ampol. Her previous board roles include CSR, Goodman Group, Coca-Cola Amatil and Accolade Wines.

Hardy was nominated to the Board by EG’s largest shareholder, the Bruce Mathieson Group, and brings over 35 years of experience across retail, liquor, hotel and gaming operations. He has previously had a long executive career at ALH Group and Woolworths occupying senior positions, including as ALH Group’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Endeavour Group Chairman, Ari Mervis said: “On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to announce and welcome Penny and Peter to the Endeavour Board.

“We are very fortunate to have secured the skills and experience of a respected company director in Penny, and through working constructively with BMG, a director with deep hotel and gaming knowledge in Peter. The addition of Penny and Peter will broaden the skills and experience of the Board, complementing current Directors and I look forward to their contributions to the company.”
