Heads of Noosa launches Ginger Beer

Expanding on its core range of tap-only products, Heads of Noosa Brewing Co has released its first Ginger Beer, made with Australian-grown ginger.

Crafted at four per cent ABV, the Ginger Beer is described as striking a perfect balance between a solid ginger kick and the right amount of sweetness.

Craig Masterton, Co-Founder and Director of Heads of Noosa, commented on the new release: “This felt like a natural next step for us, our customers have been asking us for a ginger beer for a long time, and we are lucky enough to live in a region that is famous for its abundance of high-quality ginger, so it made perfect sense for us to create a Heads of Noosa Ginger Beer.

“Our local ginger supplier told us that we’re using significantly more ginger juice than others and we feel that this really shines through in the flavour profile,” added Masterton.

Heads of Noosa Ginger Beer is already available at the brewery’s taproom in Noosaville and in select Queensland bars. At this stage, the brewery intends to keep the Ginger Beer as a tap-only product, but it will be available year-round as part of the core range.

Rounding out the core range are four more brews, including the Black Japanese Lager, Japanese Style Lager, Lager and Amber Lager.
