Liquid & Larder set to partner with anticipated Sydney hotel

Liquid & Larder hospitality group is set to become the exclusive hospitality partner of The EVE Hotel Sydney.

The Sydney-based hospitality group, known for Bistecca, The Gidley, The Rover and Alfie’s, will run the anticipated boutique hotel’s food and beverage offerings, including the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant.

The partnership is Liquid & Larder’s first foray into hotel hospitality. The group, founded by Warren Burns and James Bradey, has been operating in Sydney since 2010.

“We are known across our portfolio of restaurants and bars for providing our guests with extraordinary sensory experiences and challenging the status quo,” says Liquid & Larder Co-Founder and Director James Bradey.

“Having the opportunity to playfully curate multiple spaces and experiences is what excites us most about entering the world of hotels,” adds Bradey.

“The partnership with The EVE also provides an exciting challenge for our leadership team, creates internal growth opportunities and brand extensions.”

Bradey estimates that the partnership will provide 100 new hiring opportunities across the group, from venue managers, to chefs, bartenders and wait staff.

The hotel will take a “community first” approach, meaning local Sydneysiders are encouraged to visit.

“We’re incredibly fortunate to be partnering with James, Warren, and the whole Liquid & Larder team who share our vision for the hotel,” says TFE Hotels Chief Executive Officer Antony Ritch.

Liquid & Larder’s new venues will open this November. More details to come.
