Oran Park Hotel has opened Jinja, a rooftop Asian-inspired bar and the mega precinct’s final crowning jewel. The bar joins the hotel’s gargantuan three-level, 7500 square metre scope, alongside seven bars, an all-day bistro, and a pizzeria.

Momento Hospitality – the group behind The Governor Hotel, The Australian Hotel & Brewery, Bella Vista Hotel, and Hills Distilling Co. – is the hotel’s owner-operator.

Set in Oran Park in South Western Sydney it is touted as a family and kid-friendly entertainment destination.

On the ground floor is The Bistro. Executive Chef Amilio Abouna has curated an elevated pub-style menu featuring the OP burger, herb-stuffed porchetta, and crispy fish tacos.

Papi’s Pizzeria & Bottle Shop is serving classic and innovative pizzas, including the ‘Pesto Amore’ with pesto, spinach, roasted peppers, feta, and for di latte; and ‘Papi’s Supreme’ with San Marzano tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, pancetta, Italian sausage, and smoked ham. It has a connecting bottleshop with a selection of wines and deli goods.

On the rooftop is adults-only venue Jinja, offering 360 degree views of Oran Park. The bar serves cocktails ad dumplings, alongside plush fire-side seating. On the Asian-inspired menu are dishes including pork sui mai, har gao, cheeseburger spring rolls, and deconstructed crispy pork belly bowl. Share lates include lobster toast with yuzu mayonnaise, crispy lamb belly with lime jalapeno and coriander jam, and cured salmon with sesame ginger dressing.

The venue is both a significant addition to Momento Hospitality’s portfolio, and to the Oran Park district.
