The sustainability consulting company will identify opportunities to offset or reduce emissions across the many events hosted by Trippas White Group’s hospitality venues.

“We recognise the significant carbon footprint associated with the events industry, which is why we’re committed to proactive measures in partnership with Barefoot Citizens Consulting to minimise our environmental impact,” says Jenifer Dwyer Slee, Trippas White Group’s head of sales.

The announcement underscores Trippas White Group’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact, including through implementing energy-efficient practices, waste minimisation and fostering ongoing collaborations with likeminded organisations.

“At Barefoot Citizens Consulting, we believe in profit with purpose,” says Barefoot Citizens Consulting founder Natalie Simmons.

“Our partnership with Trippas White Group reflects the broader shift by environmentally conscious businesses to implement sustainable solutions into their day-to-day practices.

“We’re looking forward to working together to push forward more meaningful environmental progress in the events space.”

Trippas White Group’s participating venues include Sydney Opera House Yallamundi Rooms, Centennial Homestead (pictured, above), Botanic House, Terrace on the Domain, Reign at QVB, ESQ Bar & Dining, Infinity Sydney Tower, Bar 83 Sydney Tower, The Lookout Echo Point and Mary Mae’s Bar & Dining.
